Ain Jsaas Contracting | Project Manager (Saudi nationals only) Ain Jsaas Contracting is hiring a Saudi Project Manager to run a government operation and maintenance contract for fire and life safety systems in Shaqra and the Riyadh Region governorates. Responsibilities: Manage the contract and represent the company before the client, tracking KPIs Lead the engineering, technical and supervisory team and follow up on task completion against deadlines Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting systems and fire networks Manage service requests, monthly payment certificates and periodic reports Run all work and correspondence exclusively through the company's digital platform Requirements: Saudi national Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 4+ years of experience, verified by the GOSI statement Valid professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers Valid Saudi driving license Preferred: PMP, NFPA or Civil Defense certificates, and government O&M contract experience Contract: fixed-term 12 months, renewable, 180-day probation, 6-day work week; the total wage includes housing and transport allowances.
