Fit-Out Site Engineer

About Us EAA is a Cairo-based architecture and interior design firm delivering high-end turnkey residential and commercial projects, from concept to handover. The Role Full-time, on-site. You will supervise the execution of interior fit-out works and ensure they match the approved drawings, specifications, and the quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors Execute works according to shop drawings: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes Coordinate interior works with MEP trades Inspect workmanship, and prepare and close snag lists before handover Track materials against approved samples, as well as progress and manpower Verify site measurements for subcontractor invoices Prepare daily and weekly site reports and plans for the project manager Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum 2 years' experience as a site engineer in interior fit-out, preferably high-end residential or retail Strong knowledge of finishing materials and interior detailing Good command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools Clear communication with contractors, the design team, and clients High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines To apply, send your CV to [redacted email] with the subject line "Fit-Out Site Engineer".
