Sales Specialist

Role Description ELRAYA is offering an on-site internship opportunity for fresh graduates interested in developing practical skills in sales operations, customer communication, and sales administration. The intern will support the sales team in managing customer databases, entering and organizing customer information, using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, communicating with customers via telephone, assisting with sales follow-up activities, and preparing basic sales reports. This internship provides hands-on experience and practical training under the guidance of experienced sales professionals. Key Responsibilities Entering and updating customer data accurately. Organizing and maintaining customer databases. Using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management. Communicating with customers via telephone. Supporting customer follow-up and sales coordination activities. Preparing basic sales reports and daily task updates. Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. Qualifications Fresh graduates only (Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields). Military service status must be completed or officially exempted. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Good organizational and data-entry skills. Ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone. High level of commitment, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively within a team.
