Head of Sales Marketing

Ready to lead commercial growth across a multi-property hotel portfolio? On behalf of our client in the hospitality sector, we are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Marketing to lead portfolio-wide sales, marketing, and business development strategies across multiple hotel properties. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this senior leadership role is suited to a commercially driven hospitality professional with proven multi-property management experience and a track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable commercial results. Please note: Candidates must currently be based in Egypt. What You'll Lead Sales & Business Development: Drive corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business while expanding strategic accounts, partnerships, and cross-property revenue opportunities. Marketing & Brand Strategy: Lead integrated marketing, digital acquisition, public relations, and brand positioning across the hotel portfolio. Commercial Performance: Develop sales strategies, budgets, forecasts, and performance plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with Revenue Management to align sales initiatives, business mix, and market demand with commercial targets. Multi-Property Leadership: Lead the centralized sales and marketing function while providing strategic direction and performance guidance to property-level teams. Strategic Growth: Leverage market intelligence, CRM systems, and commercial analytics to identify opportunities and improve portfolio performance. What We're Looking For Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience within the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel sales, marketing, or commercial management. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Head- or Director-level position within the hospitality industry. Proven experience managing Sales & Marketing across at least two hotels simultaneously. Direct responsibility for a combined portfolio of at least 1,000 hotel rooms across those properties. Currently based in Egypt and able to take up the position in Hurghada. Additional Qualifications A proven track record of revenue generation, market share growth, and strategic account development. Strong expertise in corporate, leisure, MICE, group business, and strategic partnerships. Experience leading and developing sales and marketing teams across multiple hotel properties. Strong commercial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management capabilities. Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
