Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Corporate HSE Manager – Head Office | Saudi Arabia We are seeking an experienced Corporate HSE Manager (NOT Project HSE Manager) to lead our Health, Safety & Environment function at the corporate level, reporting directly to the CEO. About the Role You will provide strategic HSE advisory services to the CEO, Project Directors, and employees; manage the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Safety section; ensure effective implementation of safety policies and procedures; and coordinate with Saudi Government, Saudi Aramco, and main clients on all safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Advise and assist in planning and promoting health and safety programs across all projects Implement, update, review, and audit Company HSE Systems in line with legislation and company directives Review inspection and audit reports to identify unsafe conditions/practices and recommend corrective actions Investigate accidents, compile reports, and advise on prevention Assess subcontractor HSE policies before approval and monitor compliance Coordinate with Saudi Government, Saudi Aramco, and/or Main Client on safety requirements Prepare and submit consolidated safety reports to management Facilitate the appointment, hiring, and supervision of qualified safety personnel for every project site Administer Loss Prevention Programs and review HSE Program documents for projects and biddings Deliver HSE training and monitor training effectiveness Requirements Graduate of any degree or Engineering course Saudi Aramco approval is mandatory 15+ years of experience in the construction industry At least 10 years as an Corporate HSE Manager Mandatory certifications: MS Office, OSHA, IOSH-Tech, NEBOSH IGC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OTHM L6, IOSH-Grad, Rigger 3 (Third Party), Scaffold Supervisor (Third Party), WPR, First Aid, Train The Trainer Recommended: NEBOSH iDip, MILRSM, CMIOSH, ASP, CSP, LEED (GA) Arabic and English fluency (mandatory) Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills Show more Show less
