Recruitment Supervisor

Wiyak is looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Supervisor to lead our recruitment activities, manage the hiring process, and ensure we attract and hire the right people to support our company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the daily recruitment activities and hiring process. Manage recruitment activities and ensure hiring targets and deadlines are achieved. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. Explore different recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms. Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring timelines, and overall team performance. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Experience managing recruitment targets, hiring timelines, and recruitment performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
