Since 2004, 2P has been a leader in Saudi Arabia’s ICT landscape and across Egypt, delivering integrated technology solutions that help organizations accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in innovation and service excellence, 2P continues to provide end-to-end solutions through its specialized business units and trusted market expertise. We are always looking to connect with talented professionals who are passionate about making an impact and growing within a dynamic, forward-looking About the role We are hiring a Product Manager to own our portfolio of internal products and turn it into a managed, outcome-driven product line. Today these products are shaped mainly by engineering. They work technically, but they often ship without a clear business problem, complete requirements, user journeys, or a definition of done. This role closes that gap: you will be the single owner of what we build and why, while engineering continues to own how. You will bring structure first — a clear inventory, a roadmap, a backlog people trust, and a repeatable discovery-to-delivery process — and then keep the products moving toward measurable value for their users. Key responsibilities -Product ownership and strategy Build and maintain an inventory of all internal products: purpose, users, owners, status, and known gaps. Define a vision, target users and success metrics for each product, and decide which to invest in, consolidate or retire. Own a single, prioritized roadmap across the portfolio and keep it aligned with management priorities. -Discovery and requirements Interview stakeholders and end users to understand real business processes and pain points before work starts. Turn needs into clear epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, business rules, edge cases and non-functional needs. Produce process flows, user journeys and low-fidelity wireframes, working with UX on the final design. Make sure every feature has a defined problem, a measurable outcome and an agreed definition of done. -Backlog and delivery Own and groom the product backlog in Azure DevOps (or the team's tool), with explicit priorities and trade-offs. Run or join sprint planning, reviews and demos; accept or reject work against acceptance criteria. Work with engineering leads on scope, sequencing and release plans without dictating technical solutions. Coordinate UAT with business users and track issues through to closure. -Process and governance Introduce a lightweight, repeatable product process: intake, discovery, prioritization, delivery, release and feedback. Set documentation standards (product briefs, PRDs, release notes, user guides) and keep them current. Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, usage, task completion, support tickets and user satisfaction. -Stakeholder management Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and the delivery teams for product decisions. Communicate roadmap, progress and risks clearly to management and users. Manage competing requests and say no, with reasons, when a request does not serve the product's goals. Requirements 8+ years in product management, product ownership or business analysis, with at least 3–5 years owning a product end to end. Hands-on business analysis experience: requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN or similar), user stories and acceptance criteria. Proven record of bringing structure to an unstructured product area — roadmaps, backlogs and processes built from scratch. Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum; comfortable with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar. Enough technical literacy to discuss APIs, integrations, data and architecture trade-offs with engineers — without needing to code. Strong written documentation skills: PRDs, briefs, flows and release notes that others can act on. Confident stakeholder management, including pushing back and negotiating scope with senior and technical people. Fluent English; Arabic is required. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field. Nice to have Product certification such as CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or a BA certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA). Experience managing a portfolio of several internal or B2B products at once. Background in enterprise or government software, including HR, workflow, document management or ERP-style systems. Familiarity with product analytics tools and setting up usage tracking. UX fundamentals: running usability sessions and sketching wireframes in Figma. Show more Show less
