About the job Softobia is an Odoo Gold Partner managing a large portfolio of ERP clients across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the wider Gulf. We deliver Odoo with AI-powered automation and clean, structured processes. We are looking for a Senior Odoo Project Manager to own delivery across our running implementations, lead the delivery team and be the one voice every client hears from. You report directly to the CEO. 📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo 🕒 Working Hours: 8 hours with flexibility 🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week 🌐 Remote Days: 1 day per week after probation 💰 Salary: based on experience in EGP 🏥 Benefits: Elite Medical Insurance What should you do? Client Ownership and Communication Be the single point of contact for every client in your portfolio Send clear weekly progress updates in Arabic and English, with dates and next steps Commit to dates, meetings and features only after internal approval Planning and Phase Gates Build and own a signed, dated plan for every project Secure written sign-off at each phase: gap analysis, design, configuration, UAT, training, go-live and hypercare Scope, Contracts and Billing Check every new request against the signed scope and raise change requests before work starts Keep signed contracts and SOWs on file and link every invoice to a delivered milestone Work with finance to make sure clients pay on time Recovery and Escalations Take over delayed projects and bring them back with a recovery plan the client accepts Handle client complaints professionally, using facts from project records Go-Live Readiness Run data collection for master data, opening balances, employees and assets Own cutover plans, UAT and go/no-go decisions with the technical team Team Leadership Plan and assign weekly work for functional consultants and developers Track hours against budget in Odoo and flag capacity risks early Review AI-drafted plans, messages and progress reports before they reach a client What do we need from you? Experience: Minimum 5 years in ERP implementation, at least 3 of them on Odoo At least 3 years as a Project Manager running several Odoo projects at the same time Must have led at least 3 full Odoo implementations from kickoff to hypercare (v16 or higher, Enterprise) Proven recovery of at least one delayed project Experience with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Oman is a plus Certifications: Odoo Functional Certification (v16 or higher) is preffered PMP or PRINCE2 is a strong plus Skills: Strong functional Odoo Accounting, plus at least two of Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, HR and Payroll Egyptian tax and ETA e-invoicing; Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing is a plus Good understanding of Odoo.sh staging and production, branches and module upgrades (no coding needed) Hands-on experience with SOWs, change requests and milestone billing Native Arabic and excellent written English Calm, firm and well organized under pressure If you are ready to own a large Odoo portfolio and lead every project to a clean go-live, Softobia is the right place.
