A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, colleagues, and hotel property Monitoring hotel premises and access points to prevent and respond to security risks Assisting guests and colleagues with security-related concerns in a professional and friendly manner Responding promptly to emergencies, incidents, and unusual activities Reporting and documenting any security incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities Conducting regular security patrols and ensuring compliance with hotel security procedures Safeguarding lost and found items and ensuring they are handled according to hotel procedures What We Need From You A strong sense of responsibility and awareness of safety and security Good observation skills and the ability to identify and respond to potential security risks Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues A flexible attitude toward shifts – you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays Good literacy skills, including reading, writing, and basic reporting Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
