This is an exciting opportunity for a social media professional with a strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, a passion for digital culture and the ability to manage social media accounts across multiple platforms and markets. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between the client and internal agency teams, ensuring social media strategies are translated into engaging, culturally relevant content that resonates with audiences across the region. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client, acting as a trusted point of contact for all social media activity. Oversee social media account management across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels. Support the development and execution of social media strategies, content calendars and always-on campaigns aligned with brand objectives. Work closely with creative, content, strategy, influencer and paid media teams to deliver integrated social media campaigns. Manage content planning, briefing, approvals and publishing, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines. Ensure content is culturally relevant and appropriately adapted for Arabic-speaking audiences across the region. Review Arabic and English copy, captions and creative assets to ensure accuracy, tone of voice and cultural sensitivity. Monitor social media performance, prepare reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and overall results. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, beauty industry developments and emerging content formats. Support influencer collaborations, community management and social listening initiatives where required. Manage project timelines, deliverables and internal workflows, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Identify opportunities to grow the account, improve performance and deliver added value to the client. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in social media account management within a marketing, creative or digital agency. Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written communication skills in both languages. Previous experience working with skincare, beauty, cosmetics or FMCG brands is highly desirable. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, audience behaviour and regional digital trends. Experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple internal teams and deliverables. Good understanding of content strategy, editorial planning, social media calendars and campaign execution. Confident analysing social media performance and translating data into actionable recommendations. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for social media and beauty.
