PROJECT COST CONTROL SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES: -Collaborate with relevant parties to prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Analyze bids, establish unit rates, and complete tender finalization. Evaluate variation orders and extra work, providing assistance in budget preparation. -Prepare cost analyses for various work items in Fit Out Construction, ensuring precise estimation for finishing and fit-out projects. Identify, analyze, and formulate responses to commercial risks. -Attend pre-tender meetings, submit regular reports, and conduct pre tender and post-tender evaluations of budgets to ensure proper cost control and budget development for projects. -Conduct site investigations for estimating purposes and validate assumptions made in estimations. -Create a CAPEX database for each brand, categorizing it by location and country. Perform functional supervisory duties, encompassing task planning and assignment, deadline setting, results and quality monitoring, training provision, and communicating the team's requests to higher management. QUALIFICATIONS: Language Proficiency: Fluency in English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software (MS Project or other) and AutoCAD.
