Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers and respond to inquiries through designated communication channels. Present the company's products and services to prospective customers. Identify sales opportunities and follow up with potential clients to support conversion. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Support sales activities and contribute to achieving business targets. Review and moderate digital content to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines. Monitor online interactions and identify inappropriate or non-compliant content. Escalate customer concerns and content-related issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
