Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations. Experience in payroll processing, benefits, and employee records. Experience with employment contracts, Iqama, work permits, and medical insurance. Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce. Proficiency in HR systems and Excel. Experience in HR reporting, employee relations, and government transactions. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
