Marine Vetting Coordinator

We are seeking a Marine Vetting Coordinator to support the Vetting Manager in keeping all managed vessels compliant with industry standards, regulations, and Company policies. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of SIRE matters and daily vetting activities. Maintain accurate vetting records and databases. Assist with vetting responses, questionnaires, and screening matters. Help keep the fleet compliant with Company quality, safety, and security standards. Requirements Certificate of Competency as Chief Mate. Shore-based experience Seagoing experience on tankers, with full history listed in the application. Relevant maritime education or certification, or equivalent practical vetting experience. Strong teamwork, professionalism, and integrity, with the ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
