About the Role This is a brand-new position for a relationship-driven professional who will grow and manage our referral partner network of real estate brokers, business owners, and premium service professionals. If you are well connected in Dubai’s business, real estate, or Russian-speaking community, this role offers the opportunity to build something from the ground up. Key Responsibilities * Identify, attract, and onboard new referral partners through networking, industry events, and personal connections * Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and keep them active and engaged * Shape, develop, and improve the company’s referral program * Represent The Visa Services at business events, meetings, and networking functions * Track partner activity and referral performance, and report on results * Work closely with the internal team to ensure referred clients receive a high standard of service Requirements * Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships * Fluent Russian and professional-level English * Strong network within Dubai’s business, real estate, or Russian-speaking community * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based rewards * Flexibility to attend evening events and meetings * Background in real estate or luxury services is a strong advantage What We Offer * Base salary of AED 7,000 per month plus KPI-based incentives, with total monthly earnings of up to AED 15,000 * The opportunity to build and lead a new function within a growing company * Flexible working hours within an office-based role * Exposure to a premium client base and Dubai’s business community Show more Show less
