Role Description The Senior Organic Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The individual in this role will lead the planning and execution of organic marketing strategies to grow brand visibility, drive qualified inbound leads, and strengthen Basera’s digital presence across search engines and social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content and SEO roadmaps, optimizing website pages and landing experiences, managing social media and community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine ongoing campaigns. The role also involves close collaboration with sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives, while mentoring junior team members on best practices in organic growth. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in organic marketing, including SEO strategy, on-page optimization, and content-led growth. Strong skills in content planning and execution, such as blog and landing page optimization, social media content, and audience engagement. Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design) and guide junior marketers. Proven track record of driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and increasing inbound lead volume in previous roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency. Comfort working on-site in New Cairo and managing multiple projects with clear prioritization and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; real estate or consulting industry experience is an advantage. Show more Show less
