Janitor

Role Description This full-time Janitor role at Dados Por Todos is an on-site position based in Amman. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas. Daily tasks include trash removal, replenishing supplies, and performing basic cleaning of offices, corridors, and break rooms. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, following safety and hygiene procedures, and supporting event setup or room rearrangements as needed. The Janitor may occasionally interact with building occupants and visitors to respond to basic service requests in a courteous and professional manner. Qualifications Ability to perform Janitorial Services and Housekeeping tasks, including routine cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of facilities. Strong Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with building occupants and respond to cleaning or setup requests. Training experience or willingness to be trained on cleaning equipment, safety protocols, and hygiene standards. Basic understanding of Sales or service-oriented mindsets, helpful for supporting internal facility-related initiatives. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow schedules and instructions. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
