PMI-PMP or equivalent is a must 10+ years in managing or implementing technology systems, for example Core Banking (Temenos, Mambu, others), Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle, others), and digital platforms Experience in working with different banking products - across retail and commercial banking Experience in setting up different PMO/transformational offices Experience in Strategy execution and performance management is a plus KPI certificates is a big advantage Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment with flexible working hours Willingness to travel (required) Show more Show less
