Role Description The Restaurant Crew – Salad Bar role at RAW & BOWL'D is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman. In this role, team members prepare and assemble salads and bowls according to recipes and guest requests, ensuring accurate portions and presentation. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salad bar, restocking ingredients, monitoring freshness, and following food safety and hygiene standards. Crew members greet guests, answer menu questions, and support smooth service during peak hours, working closely with the wider restaurant team. The role also involves basic prep work, handling orders efficiently, and supporting opening and closing duties as needed. Qualifications Ability to prepare and assemble salads and bowls with attention to detail, portion control, and presentation standards. Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients. Good customer service skills, with a friendly and respectful approach to guests and colleagues. Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during busy service periods. Basic kitchen and food prep skills; previous experience in restaurant, café, or salad bar settings is an advantage. Willingness to learn menu items and lifestyle concept, and to follow standard operating procedures consistently. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the operation. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; fluent communication in English and/or Arabic is beneficial.
