Role Description The Laser Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at Telescope Medical Center in Amman. The Laser Technician will perform laser-based hair removal procedures and other approved laser treatments, following established clinical protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms and equipment, assessing client needs, explaining procedures, and documenting treatments accurately in medical or clinic records. The role also involves monitoring patient responses during and after procedures, maintaining laser devices and related tools, and collaborating with medical staff to support overall patient care. Providing respectful, informative, and professional customer service is essential to ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques for cosmetic or medical treatments. Hands-on experience working with Laser devices and adherence to laser safety protocols. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and professionalism. Attention to detail and ability to follow clinical guidelines and documentation standards. Relevant technical diploma, certification, or training in laser therapy or dermal/cosmetic treatments. Knowledge of basic anatomy, skin types, and contraindications for laser procedures. Ability to work collaboratively with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinical staff in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a medical clinic, dermatology, or aesthetic center is an advantage. Show more Show less
