Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up with clients.
Coordinate communication among clients and the teams in Jordan, Egypt, and Canada.
Track active files, appointments, biometrics requests, deadlines, and outstanding documents.
Communicate approved application updates without providing legal advice or guaranteeing results.
Maintain accurate and confidential client and office records.
Assist with training team members on client intake, document collection, customer service, office procedures, and common visa requirements.
Support new inquiries, client follow-up, signed service agreements, and minimum monthly office targets.
Report urgent, sensitive, or complex matters to the RCIC.

Candidates must have practical knowledge of visa requirements and procedures for at least one of the following:

Experience with Work and Travel, international internships, cultural-exchange, seasonal work, or international training programs is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualities
Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
Strong knowledge of visa requirements and supporting documents.
Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional personality.

Important Professional Limitations
The Office Manager will not independently prepare or submit applications and must not provide Canadian immigration legal advice, conduct eligibility assessments, recommend immigration strategies, represent clients before IRCC, or guarantee visa approval.
Application processing is handled by the designated overseas teams. Canadian immigration advice, strategy, final review, and representation are provided exclusively by the licensed RCIC in Canada.
Compensation
Competitive monthly basic salary.
Performance-based commissions after achieving established minimum monthly targets.
Commissions calculated and paid quarterly according to company policy.
Ongoing training and professional development.
Opportunity for stable, long-term employment with an international firm.
